1. Services & Non-Legal Representation Disclosure

30A Haus Solutions LLC provides short-term rental operational management, designated local representative services as defined by Walton County Land Development Code § 5.09.00, property compliance auditing, and contactless guest amenity services. 30A Haus Solutions is not an attorney or law firm and does not provide legal advice, legal defense, or formal courtroom representation. Our services are non-legal operational and administrative property representation.

2. Smart Tap Check-In & Wi-Fi Usage

Wi-Fi credentials, digital access codes, and orientation information are provided as guest amenities for lawful use during your reserved stay. You agree not to use property networks for illegal distribution, malicious acts, or in violation of local laws.

3. Mobile Messaging Program (SMS/MMS Terms)

By opting into the 30A VIP Club / Concierge notification program via our Smart Tap plaque, digital check-in portal, or direct sign-up, you consent to receive recurring marketing, concierge, and service-related text messages (SMS and MMS) from 30A Haus Solutions LLC.

Voluntary Program: Enrolling in SMS messaging is 100% voluntary. It is not required to access Wi-Fi, obtain entry codes, or complete your stay.
Message Frequency: Promotional message frequency varies (typically 1–3 messages during your stay, plus seasonal direct booking discounts). Transactional or service-related messages are sent as requested.
Carriers & Costs: Message and data rates may apply. Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.
Opt-Out: Text STOP to any message at any time to unsubscribe. You will receive one final confirmation message.

4. Governing Law

These terms and any disputes arising out of your interaction with 30A Haus Solutions LLC shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Florida, with venue in Walton County, Florida.
