To prevent the dual-stage AC system from freezing in coastal humidity, please do not lower the thermostat below 70°F (21°C). When leaving for the beach, keeping it at 74°F is appreciated.
🏊 Pool, Spa & Beach Gear Locker ▼
Private heated plunge pool is preset to 84°F. Beach chairs, Tommy Bahama umbrellas, and paddleboards are in garage Locker #4 (Code: 3030*). Please rinse sand off at the outdoor shower post-beach.
🗑️ Trash & Walton Recycling Schedule ▼
Trash pickup is every Tuesday & Friday morning. Roll green bins to the curb the evening prior. Walton County ordinance strictly prohibits bins remaining on the street on non-collection days.
🚗 Parking & Golf Cart Regulations ▼
Parking is permitted strictly in designated brick-paved courtyard driveways. Street parking is restricted by Alys Beach HOA. Golf carts must be driven by licensed drivers 21+ only on designated 30A path routes.
